Sara Lednik, M.Sc.

Direct Search and Selection consultant and your go-to person when looking for a new position or team member (also in the demanding IT segment).

Throughout the years Sara developed a career in the executive search, recruitment and also IT industry, starting as Assignment Manager in a global Executive Search company, then as Head of talent Acquisition and HR in IT company and later on as Head Consultant in recruitment company, setting up services and consulting mainly in the direct Search and Selection projects, focusing her efforts mostly within the high-paced IT segment.

Within 13 years of being active in the industry she gained extensive first-hand experience within the direct search and selection industry, working on projects locally and regionally. With gained experience she moved on to forming her own company for direct search and selection HR Adria Connect, focusing mainly on delivering high quality customised recruitment/headhunting services. With her vast knowledge of the general human resource selection through all industry verticals, gained IT expertise and the capacity of understanding clients demands as well as employee’s needs, she is a comprehensive consultant who will help you attract and select the best possible talent.

Sara holds a Master’s degree in Management of Organizations, Human Resources and Knowledge.
